Buying our products, you AGREE our Terms and Conditions, and you AGREE to wait while your items are being made, based on the estimation time we give for each Items. Sometimes delays can happen because all of our items are handmade, not stocked. 

We don't accept any kind or REFUND, RETURN or EXCANGE.

We will replace damaged parts if you can provide evidence, paying extra costs for production and shipping,  but we can't do any kind of refunds if you provided wrong measurements or you are not able to wear our products.

Our products are shipped out with Express Courier. If different, we will specify it before shipping. 

We are not responsable for any damaging or delay due to shipping. Once the item has been shipped out, our responsability decades.

Extra taxis and duties after the shippung shall be borne by the buyer, they are not our responsability.

After the purchase, buyer must provide to give us own latest measurements as instructed by our size chart. If there will be fitting problems due to wrong measurements taken by the customer, we will not responsable of them. 

Your order will not be shipped out until the entire price will be paid. We can offer payments by instalments too, but only for high prices. If you not pay your instalments after the third reminder, you will lost your first payments and you will not receive your item.

We are not a company but a group or private artisans.By hiring us we provide a service to build your prop, set or costume that you choose or design or refer to. We have no intent to infringe any kind of copyrights. All our works are tributes to characters. We do not indorse any use of our commissioned builds to any one individual or company. We also reserve artists rights unless otherwise agreed upon.
